These terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of the Drop Art webshop (“we”, “us”).

The store

We sell creative kits and related products to consumers. By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or have the consent of a parent or guardian where required) and that the information you provide is correct.

Offers & prices

Prices are in euros and include VAT unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We may correct obvious pricing errors and cancel an order in case of a clear mistake — we will let you know if that happens.

Limited-edition Drops are sold while stock lasts. We may limit quantities per customer.

Orders & contract

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract is concluded when we confirm the order by email. We may refuse or cancel orders (for example failed payment, stock problems, suspected fraud).

Payment

Payment is due at checkout using the methods offered (processed by Shopify and/or payment providers).

Delivery

Delivery times and costs are set out in our shipping policy. Risk passes to you on delivery, or as mandatory law provides otherwise.

Withdrawal & returns

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal as described in our refund policy.

Intellectual property

Site content, branding, guides and designs are owned by Drop Art or our licensors. You may not copy or resell our materials, except for personal use of kits you have purchased.

Liability

We are liable where mandatory law requires (including intent/gross negligence and product liability). Otherwise, and to the extent Dutch law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned. We are not liable for indirect damages where exclusion is permitted.

Privacy

Personal data is processed as described in our privacy policy.

Disputes

These Terms are governed by Dutch law, without depriving you of the mandatory consumer protection of your country of residence in the EU/EEA. EU consumers can also use the European Commission’s ODR platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
