Shipping policy

This shipping policy applies to orders placed through the Drop Art webshop (Teylerspark 63, 2441 LG Nieuwveen, the Netherlands). Questions? Email hello@dropart.eu or orders@dropart.eu.
Processing time
Orders placed on working days before 15:00 (CET) are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 15:00, or on a weekend or public holiday, are shipped on the next working day.
Where we ship
We currently ship within the European Union only. Shipping outside the EU is not available at the moment. We do not deliver to PO boxes.
Shipping costs and delivery times
Shipping costs are a flat fee per order and depend on the country of delivery. The delivery times below are the expected number of working days after your parcel has been shipped. You will see the shipping cost at checkout before you pay.

Delivery times are estimates. In busy periods, such as the holidays, deliveries can take a little longer.
Track & trace
Once your parcel is on its way, you will receive a track-and-trace code by email so you can follow it.
